A useful 30 minutes

1. First 10 minutes: describe the business goal, current workflow and main obstacle.
2. Next 15 minutes: discuss the evidence available, assumptions and questions worth investigating.
3. Final 5 minutes: identify a sensible next step and whether a focused assessment fits.

You should leave with an initial direction and a short list of questions to investigate. A detailed diagnosis requires a separately scoped review.
